WPC – LOUVER & PERGOLA
WPC – LOUVER & PERGOLA is a wood plastic composite product made of a combination of wood powder, obtained from felled wood during forest thinning, and recycled ABS/PVC plastic. In an effort to reduce environmental impact in manufacturing, we work with local forest maintenance organizations to obtain felled wood meant for recycling, and then repurpose it for use in our product. By using real wood and a specific plastic to wood ratio, we were able to create a product that feels and looks just like real wood, without any of the negatives of real wood. The addition of ABS/PVC plastic to the mix has made our product weather resistant and able to last for decades with minimal maintenance. Furthermore, through additives included into the composite material we have made sure that this product is not only fire-resistant but also self-extinguishing, thus, able to meet various building code regulations and provide the safety that our customers are looking for when building with FUKUVI materials.
